Salesforce Introduces AI-Powered Tools for Retailers: Agentforce and Retail Cloud Modern POS

Salesforce is revolutionizing retail with the launch of two cutting-edge artificial intelligence-powered tools: Agentforce for Retail and Retail Cloud with Modern POS. These solutions aim to streamline operations and create seamless shopping experiences across online and offline platforms.

Scheduled for rollout between February and April, these tools are designed to empower retailers by integrating advanced AI features into their operations.

Agentforce for Retail includes a library of pre-built AI-driven agent skills for automating order management, guided shopping, appointment scheduling, and loyalty promotion creation.
