Motorola, the Lenovo-owned smartphone brand, is gearing up to launch its 2025 lineup of premium smartphones on April 24, featuring the much-anticipated Motorola Razr 60 series foldables and the Edge 60 Pro. A new promotional video released on X (formerly Twitter) has given fans a glimpse of the Razr 60 Ultra and hinted at a unique wood finish design, similar to the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra.
Razr 60 Ultra and Razr 60: Foldables Get a Refresh
The Razr 60 Ultra is shaping up to be Motorola’s most advanced flip phone yet. It is expected to feature a 6.96-inch FHD+ LTPO pOLED folding display with a 165Hz refresh rate and support for Dolby Vision HDR. Its external screen could measure 4 inches, also with a 165Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Ultra variant will reportedly run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with a 4500mAh battery, 68W wired charging, and support for wireless charging. It is also expected to be IPX8-rated for water resistance and ship with Android 15-based Hello UI.

Camera specs may include a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens (2x zoom), and a 50MP front camera, setting a new benchmark for foldables.
Meanwhile, the standard Razr 60 is expected to share the same main screen size but reduce the refresh rate to 120Hz. The outer display may shrink to 3.63 inches. It will likely be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400, also found in the Edge 60 Fusion.
The Razr 60 will also have a 4500mAh battery, though charging speeds might drop to 33W wired, with wireless charging still supported. It will feature a 50MP + 13MP dual camera setup, and a 32MP front camera.
Edge 60 Pro: Performance-Focused with AI Touches
Also expected at the event is the Motorola Razr 60 Pro, a sleek performance device powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chip. It will sport a 6.67-inch 1.5K pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
The Edge 60 Pro will likely pack a 6000mAh battery with ultra-fast 90W wired charging and an IP68/IP69 rating for added durability. Camera-wise, it may feature a 50MP OIS primary shooter, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP telephoto lens, along with a 32MP front camera.
